Ruthie Lerato is a Human Design Mentor and a Tantra Practitioner student at Embodied Awakening Academy, specializing in somatic therapy to help you heal the past and rewrite your subconscious limiting beliefs. She is also a BSN, RN, CEN, and BA in Spanish.

in 2017 after an abrupt spiritual awakening, she left an unhealthy relationship dynamic that left her physically ill, underweight, and in search for answers. Her intuition, voice, and inner strength came powerfully up to the surface and nudged her to leave a toxic dynamic. Since then, Ruthie has worked towards trusting and expressing the authentic voice within, even when her voice shook.

Her instagram of 11 years was taken down in 2021 in the “Great Purge” when many other truth-telling accounts were being silenced.

This amplified her mission to help people heal from the inside out, beginning with somatic, mindset, and emotional healing. After Costa Rica 2022, she discovered tantra and the connection between the womb + throat, and came back roaring with the urge for inner body connection and personal truth to the heard. She switched from primarily sharing about health, water, and holistic help, and began offering live workshops, new moon circles, and classes based off the wisdom she was gaining for 3 years in Mystery School, lead by a Brazilian Shamanic Practitioner of twenty years.

After uncovering hidden gifts in Mystery School through studying her shadow and the Gene Keys, her passion emerged to fully learn and understand Gene Keys and Human Design.

This drive landed her with multiple certifications in Human Design including Quantum Human Design, learning how energy impacts the choices we make that determine our fate through quantum mechanics.

As a community builder at Amethyst Retreat Center in Duncannon, Pennsylvania, she been co-facilitating live events on the land since 2018, most recently as the host of the current live community leader interviews at Rhythmic Earth Ecstatic Dance since 2020.  

The artist interviews sparked her desire to pursue her own arts of songwriting and podcasting, recognizing the creator in each one of us.

Her interests include holistic & alternative health, regenerative & organic agriculture, travel nursing, hosting women’s retreats, songwriting and piano, and supporting and building the very community that feeds her spirit with joy.

She works best with those who desire to make a deep impact with their life and the lives of others.

Her aim is to help create positive change for the evolution of our shared consciousness.

Her constant reminder to us is that: the earth needs you.

The earth craves to witness the power and gifts you naturally possess.

You have had it in you this whole time.

But more importantly, you need you.

You deserve to live in your highest potential, which is your true nature.
