Ruthie Lerato is a Ceremonialist, Tantra Practitioner, Trained Energy Worker, and Human Design Specialist with a focus on somatic therapy to help you heal the past and rewrite your subconscious limiting beliefs.

She is also a BSN Registered Nurse, Certified Emergency Nurse, and has a BA in Spanish.

THE STORY ——

It was 2017 when she left an unhealthy relationship with her fiancé

After an abrupt spiritual awakening.

The relationship dynamic left her physically ill, underweight, and in search for health answers in every way - physically, emotionally, spiritually.

Her path began by trusting and expressing the authentic voice within, even when her voice shook.

Since then, she’s experienced her instagram of 11 years that taken down in ”The Purge” of 2021 when many other truth-telling accounts were being silenced for sharing their truth.

This amplified her mission to stand up for what’s right, even when you’re standing alone.

To release societal conditioning, generational patterns, and limited thinking that keeps humanity stuck in the same loops.

But after Costa Rica Embodied Feminine Leadership Training with Nadine Lee in 2022

…she discovered tantra.

A transformative connection between the womb + throat arose within her body.

Full body sensation erupted.

Miracles became real.

She switched from primarily sharing about health, water, and holistic help

And began offering more self- healing workshops for women, new moon circles, and retreats.

Her experience is as follows:

• Registered Yoga Teacher 200hr

• 3 years in Energy Work / Mystery School, lead by a Brazilian Shamanic Practitioner of twenty years.

• Usui Reiki Master

• Tantra Practitioner (certified through Tantric Alchemy by Nadine Lee’s “Embodied Feminine Leadership Training”)

• Tantra Practitioner student in 18 month cohort with Embodied Awakening Academy

• Facilitator of retreats, workshops, yoga, breath work, human design workshops and more.

After discovering metaphsycial gifts in Mystery School

through studying the Gene Keys,

her passion emerged to fully learn and understand Gene Keys and Human Design.

This drive landed her with multiple certifications in Human Design including Quantum Human Design, showing us how our energy impacts the choices we make …

The choices that determine our fate.

She been co-facilitating live events at Amethyst Retreat Center since 2018, most recently as the host of the artist & community leader interviews at Rhythmic Earth Ecstatic Dance since 2020.  

The artist interviews sparked her desire to pursue her own arts of writing songs as a pianist and podcasting, recognizing the joy of creating that we each possess.

She is here for the ones who desire to make a deep impact with their life.

Who aren’t afraid to touch the depths in order to alchemize it into something beautiful.
